Writing Prompt Wednesday

Writing prompt Wednesday is an opportunity to break that writer's block and boost your creativity.

It's simple and fun and a great way to kickoff your writing.

Here's how it works.

1. I leave the beginning of a sentence.
2. You read the beginning of the sentence.
3. You finish the sentence. (Write a sentence, a paragraph, a page, however much your mind let's you create.)
4. Share whatever you come up with here as a comment. (You don't have to share, but it is half the fun.)

Here's your writing prompt: A masked man...

Let your mind go, your fingers fly, and have fun. Happy writing!

A masked man stepped out of Lydia’s dorm room. A Devil’s mask. Halloween in July? Julia hid and held her breath. Then after a minute she peered around the corner. No sign of the stranger. She pocketed the tape recorder and crept over to the room door. Glancing down the corridor toward the stairwell to make sure that the masked man had not changed his mind, she knocked on the door.
