Writing Prompt Wednesday

Yes, it's that time again. Time for a little creative writing push. This is your chance to free write whatever pops into your head, let your mind go and your fingers travel across the keyboard.

Today's prompt is wishful thinking on my part.

Writing Prompt: TGIF. . .

Have fun! Write as little or as much as your fingers allow and share what you come up with.

TGIF she thought as she feel on the couch. Working 40 hours a week, commuting and being a mother and wife was hard work. "no rest for the wicked" she whispered as she hear her son drop a glass on the floor. "Im sorry mom I thought I could do it on my own" cried the young boy. He was adorable, he had to be. Even though he had a kind heart he had his issues. At the ripe old age of 5 he was diagnosted with sensory issues. That is what they are calling it. They had to cause it was easier and less painful then calling it autism. No he wasnt autistic he was BOARDERLINE autistic. She had never been so happy of a boarder before in her life. Her husband refuse to see any of it and it was stating to cause a rift in their marriage, well that and him working a rotateing shift. "TGIF" she said to her son as she cleaned up the glass. He stopped and smiled. He looked down on her as she cleaned, putting his sweat hand on her face "TGIF Mama"
