Tuesday's Creative Writing Prompt
I was going to think of a new topic to start a discussion, but this morning I am pressed for time so I will do that for Wednesday.
In the meantime, I have this for a writing prompt: "Dear Diary,"

"Dear Diary"Ewan looked at the monitor with those two words and groaned. He said he wanted a challenge, but this was not what he had in mind. Sports column? Yes. Politics? Perfect, but an advice column entitled Dear Diary?
Paula was one twisted chick. But she promised something interesting. Something exciting. Something that would get him thinking.
He picked up the first letter, one in a stack of no less than three dozen. this one was pink. With hearts. He held it up to his nose and smelled it. Was that Obsession he smelled?
Damn, it was going to be a long day.
Dear Diary, the letter began, I need your advice. I've been with my boyfriend for six years now and I asked him last night if he was ever going to ask me to marry him. He told me that he was already married. Diary, I had no idea. I love him so much and I don't want to lose him. What should I do? signed Homewrecker-to-beOh, Paula was going to pay.
Big time.

I thought it would be a nice little twist.
And this could be a good short story idea. hmmmmm.....
